Hello! My name is Ric Phillips, and I help people succeed by advancing their interpersonal & professional communication skills. I train them to be a clear, concise, confident, effective and persuasive communicator, among other things. As Head Coach and Trainer this is my job and I love it!
I have been training others in communications since 1997, in a variety of ways. My background includes Dramatic Arts, Sociology, Psychology, Counselling, Customer Service, Collections, TESL, Career Coaching, Life Coaching, NLP and a whole lot of experience so far.
